It took a legendary shark hunter to finally make such a catch on an a rig he himself invented.James Fuqua aka Jd Hammer did what no one has done before.Ever since we've been getting spooled on big reels since the 1970's (and before that for jD Hammer)we wanted to develop a rig where two fishermen could apply pressure to one big shark at the same time and Jd's dedication to the sport, his knowledge of the species and his expierience made it a reality after so many decades. Stopping huge hammers from piers ,beaches and bridges has been our passion even before the internet existed .For many years there have been a handful of dedicted and highly motivated shark fishermen trying to figure out how to stop the UNSTOPPABLE MONSTERS with two rods on ONE RIG,,,,JD HAMMER with the help of Jonathan Polsino finally did it,It couln't of happened to a nicer guy .CONGRATULATIONS and thanks JD.
ps......gave this a much deserved sticky

This time last year guys in Pensacola were testing out there own two rods 1 rig setup. Theirs also passed with flying colors but didn't hook into any big sharks. I'm a fan of modern reels though that can push the same drag by themselves but that is just me . Great job glad to see it worked out!
